Screen Printing

Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen, one color at a time, for bold color that stands up to years of wear. It's the go-to for uniforms, events, and merch runs.

  • Bold, vibrant, long-lasting color
  • Most cost-effective on larger orders
  • Ideal for 1–4 color logos and designs
  • Classic feel on tees, hoodies, and more

DTF Printing

Direct-to-film prints your full-color design onto a special film that's heat-pressed onto the garment — perfect for detailed art and smaller orders.

  • Full-color art, gradients, and photos
  • Great for small runs and one-offs
  • Works on cotton, polyester, and blends
  • Crisp detail on light and dark garments

    FAQ

    Common questions

    What's the minimum order?

It depends on the method and the job. Screen printing is most cost-effective on larger runs, while DTF is a great fit for small orders. Call or text (239) 848-6569 and we'll give you a straight answer for your project.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on quantity, print method, and what's already on the schedule. Put your deadline in the quote form and we'll tell you right away whether we can hit it.

What kind of artwork do you need?

For screen printing, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are ideal. For DTF, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background — about 300 dpi at print size — works great. Don't have print-ready art? Send what you have and we'll talk through your options.

Do you only work with local customers?

We serve customers all across Southwest Florida and take orders online too. Reach out with your project and where you're located, and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you.

Should I choose screen printing or DTF?

Try our print method picker for a quick recommendation. In short: larger orders with a few solid colors usually go screen print; small runs, full-color art, and mixed fabrics usually go DTF. Not sure? Pick "recommend one" on the quote form and we'll price it out.
